π-Method in the Theory of Large Deformations

【摘要】 <正> This paper reviews the π-method proposed by the author and its application in obtaining the intrinsic expressions for basic quantities of the theory of finite deformations. This method overcomesthe essential defect of Hill’s principal axis method——its uselessness in field problems, thus paving the wayfor effective finite deformation constitutive investigations and concrete applications in field problems.更多还原
