环氧树脂玻璃钢的切削加工性研究
Machinability Research on Glass Fibre Reinforced Epoxy Resin
【摘要】 本文以车削加工为研究手段,从刀具材料、刀具几何角度的优选、切削速度的选择和工件表面粗糙度四个方面。对环氧树脂玻璃钢的切削加工性进行了较全面的研究,取得了一些有应用价值的结论。这对于环氧树脂玻璃钢这种复合材料的推广应用,有着一定的积极作用。
【Abstract】 By means of turning and from 4 areas of cutting tool materials optimization of tool geometry, selection of cutting speed and surface roughness, a more complete reseach was made on the machinability of glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin and some available results were abtained. These will be made a positive effect on applications of the composite material.
