4-氨基吡啶诱发小鼠舔体反应与组胺释放的机制

【摘要】 4-氨基吡啶(4-aminopyridine,4-AP)2mg/kg颈背部sc能诱发小鼠舔体反应。重复给药可使舔体次数减少或不发生,同时伴有给药部位皮肤组胺含量逐渐降低。钙拮抗剂硝苯啶与钾通道开放剂米诺地尔均能抑制4-AP诱发的小鼠舔体反应,且给4-AP部位,皮肤组胺含量明显高于对照组。以上结果提示,4-AP诱发的小鼠舔体反应与皮肤肥大细胞的组胺释放有关,而组胺的释放可能与4-AP阻滞钾通道有关。

【Abstract】 Stibcutaneous injection of 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) 2 mg/kg at the scruff induced a licking response in mice. Repeated injections of 4-AP reduced the times of lick and decreased the histamine content in the skin of injected site. Nifedipine, a calcium antagonist,and minoxidil,a potassium opener,could inhibit the licking response and prevent the decrease of histamine content in the skin induced by 4-AP. The results indicate that the licking response elicited by 4-AP may relate to the histamine release of mast cells in the skin and 4-AP-induced histamine release may relate to the potassium channel blocking effect of this drug.
