【Abstract】 Abstract The authors reported 92 cases of lum-bar disc protrusion associated with spinalcannal stenosis,The effective rate of surgi-cal treatment was as hight as 9l.2%. Theauthors believe that the diagnosis of thisdiseases in peasants depending upon symp-toms,clinical signs and ray film exami-nation. Total laminectomy is an effectivesurgical treatment suitable for countrysidepatients. Exercise of lumbar muscles is animportant measure to raise the effect ofrestoration of bealth.更多还原
