【摘要】 本文根据已手术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的１１５例的临床经验，对其症状、体征结合ｘ线片、ＣＴ、核磁等检查在诊断治疗上的意义进行讨论。手术治疗根据不同的病变部位及病理变化，分别采取了扩大开窗神经根松解１３例，半椎板切除５Ｏ例，全椎板切除５２例，其中４８例同时椎间盘摘除，有３２例伴随退行滑脱的１７例在减压同时植骨触合术，全部病人经随访２年以上术后优良率达８６％，有９５％的病情较术前明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract One hundred and fifteen patients who had a laminectomy for dege nerative lumbar stenosis between 11986 and 1991 were stud-ied. 11 cases were treated with enlargementof fenestration. 50 cases with laminectomy on umilateral side,52 with wide laminecto-my. 17 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis with laminectomy and spinal fusion. the follow -up period lasted for more than 2years and statisfactory results were ob-tained in over 86% of the cases.更多还原
