【摘要】 培两优特青是以培矮６４Ｓ与特青配制成的两系杂交新组合，由湖南杂交水稻研究中心育成。母本培矮６４Ｓ是该中心从农垦５８Ｓ转育而来的低温敏核不育系，１９９１年通过湖南省技术鉴定。父本特青是广东省农科院育成的已大面积推广的高产品种。培矮６４Ｓ／特青已于１９９４年元月通过了湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定，定名为培两优特青。为全国第一个通过审定的两系杂交稻组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pei’ai 64S × Teqing,developed by the Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center and released asPeilangyou Teqing,is the first two-line hybrid rice combination examined and approved at provincial orhigher level in China.It shows high-yielding ability. In the Hunan Rice Variety Regional Trials of 1992 and 1993,it yielded an average of 9.48 t/ha over 7 locations which was 4.7%(significant at 1%level) higherthan the check Shanyou 63 and 7.74 t/ha over 6 locations,5.8%higher than Shanyou 63, respectively, withthe growth duration 3～5 days shorter than that of Shanyou 63.It is moderately resistant to blast and bacte-rial blight.The grain quality is medium with acceptable eating equality.Pei’ai 64S, the maternal parent,is a newly-developed thermo-sensitive genic male sterile and widely-compatible line with low critical temperature(about 23℃ under short daylength condition).It is complete-ly sterile in the sterile period with the pollen and seed sterilities at above 99.5%.Because of its low criticaltemperature,it ensures the seed purity and quality in hybrid seed production of it,but the unstabability inthe yield of its multiplication occurs easily under common conditions.However, a new technique viz.,an ir-rigation treatment with cold (relatively low-temperature)water durihg certain period of the young panicledifferentiation stage, has been found to solve the problem.By this way,the multiplying yield can reach morethan 2.25 t/ha.更多还原
