【Abstract】 he influence of corn starch,peanut meal and soybean cakemeal on GA₃ fermentation were studied using the method of an orthogonal,rotational and combinatorial design of quadratic regression. A quardratic regression model of Gibberellic acid yield on the doses of three factors was established.The model’s highly significant and well fit. It suggested that the response of Gibberellic acid vield to the corn starch, peanut meal and soybean cakemeal amout is also of the quardratic cure type. By reducing the dimension and resolving the atodel,the resposes of the Gib-berellic acid yield to each single material and the interaction effects between the two of three fac-tors were investigated.更多还原
