榨菜胞质雄性不育系种子产量构成因素的相关性分析

【摘要】 本文应用线性回归和相关分析的方法,研究了榨菜胞质雄性不育系CMS92-63产量构成因素及真相关性。结果表明,CMS92一63不育系的单株种子产量平均7.178g,比其保持系高16.58%。种子产量与主花序有效长度(r=0.6855),二次分枝数(r=0.6926),单株花数(r=0.7046),单株果数(r=0.7802),秸杆重(r=0.6427),单株种子数(r=0.7775)之间呈显著或极显著正相关。建立了榨菜胞质雄性不育系及其保持系单株种子产量的多元线性回归方程。提出增加种子产量的潜力在于提高座果率和单果种子数

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to studjy factors influencing seed yield of CMS92-63 and its correlation through statistic analysis.It was found that the seed yield per plant for CMS92一63 was 7.l78g on the average,16.58 percent higher than its maintainer line.It was significantly correlated with actual length of stem inflorescence(r=0.6855),secondary branching number(r=0.6926).total flower number per plant(r= 0.7046),single fruit number(r=0.7802),straw weight(r=0.6427)and single seed number(r=0.7775).However.multinomial linear regression equation had been established on seed yield per plant for CMS and its kceper lines.In addition,it was suggested that the potentiality of increasing seed yield lied in tbe improvement of fruit setting rate and single fruit number.The possibility of incrcasing seed yield through intensive selection,growing practice betterment and im-provement of ecological environment was also discussed.
