籼粳交组合若干花器性状的遗传分析
Genetic sualysis for some floral cbaractere in bybridizatlon between indica aod japonica rice:
【摘要】 以珍籼97A等6份籼型不育系和02428等7份粳型广亲和系进行不完全双列杂交,对亲本及F1的柱头长等7个花器性状,根据加性一显性一母体效应模型(简称ADM)采用MINQUE(1)法进行遗传分析,结果表明柱头长和柱头外露率由加性、母体及显性作用共同控制;而柱头面积、花柱和柱头总长、小穗长、小穗长宽比则均以加性效应控制为主,母体效应不存在;包颈率则以母体效应控制为主。对籼型亲本基因效应值的研究表明,协青早A和浙南1号A有明显的增加柱头长度和柱头面积的加性效应,而红突A则在提高柱头外在率方面具有良好的母体效应。对花器性状间遗传相关的分解表明,柱头长等五个性状间主要以加性与加性效应相关,并有一定的显性与显性相关。
【Abstract】 Six tzidica cytoplasmic male sterile ltnes (Zhenshan 97A etc.) and seven japonica widcly com-patible varieties (02428 etc.) were einployed to create an incomplete diallel crosses. Genetic analysis wasconducted for sevcn floral charactcrs (the lcngth of stigma etc.) by using a new genctic additive-domi-nance-matemal model witli MINQUE(1) approach. The results indicated that stigma length and stigmaextrusion was controlled by additivc and matemal and dominanee cffects. but the area of stigma. the to-tal Iength of stigma and style, spikelet length, the length/ width of spikelet were mainly controllcd byadditive effeets and no matenial effects were found. But the percentage of covered ear Icngth were niainlyaffected by materlial effects. Preilicted genetic effects indicated that Xicqingzao A and Zhenan IA showedbetter additive effects on the increasing stigma Iength and stigina area. but Hongtu A showed good ma-temal effects in increasirig strgma extrusion. Analysis of genetic comfatjon revealed tliat the correlationbetween five charactero were mainly affected by additivc-additive effects and with somc doimnance-dom-inance effects.
