【摘要】 本文收集200例45—75岁保健普查之胸片,分析、观察其心包脂肪垫的情况。左侧显示者125例(占62.5％),右侧显示者37例(占18.5％)。50—70岁者发生率最高,占阳性率的96.2％。其显示形态可分为:(1)“连续—重叠”型,(2)“突出—成角”型两种。左侧心包脂肪垫呈现“1”型者98例(占78.3％),呈现“2”型者27例(占21.7％);右侧心包脂肪垫呈现“1”型者35例(占94.5％),而呈现“2”型者仅见2例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The collected chest pictures about 200 cases in the healthprotection general survey for the normal person aged from 45 to 75 studied the expression of the pericardiac fat cushion,of which 125 cases (62.5% of the totai ) expressed on the left.37cases(18.5% of the total) expressed on the right. These mostly occurs among the person aged from 50 to 70,occupying 96.2% of the Positive rate.The expressed forms can be divided in two kinds, the continuous superimposed image as well as the protruding angle shaped image.As for the" left pericardiac fat cushion, the former images appeared 98 cases(78.3% of the total)while the latter images appeared 27 cases (21.7% of the total).As for the right one,the former images showed 35 cases (94.5% of the total),while the latter images only showed two cases.更多还原
