【摘要】 本文报告了多房棘球绦虫成虫的超微结构。特别对微毛、精子和虫卵进行了观察。按照微毛分布的不同部位,其形态可分为3种类型。成熟节片中,睾丸内之精子具有9+‘1’的单鞭毛形式。此外,还观察到虫卵胚膜及幼胚的超微结构,并对其相应的功能做了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the utrastructure of Echinococcus multilocularis . The morphological characteristics of adult microtriches,sperms and eggs were observed by TEM. According to different region of distribution of microtriches, their forms could be separated into 3 types. There were great numbers of sperms in the testes and their flagella showed 9+ ’1’model. Meanwhile , the ultrastructure of embryophore and early embryo-hexacanth was described and their function was discussed also.更多还原
