左旋吡喹酮对日本血吸虫皮层损害的透射电镜观察
TRANSMISSON ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS OF TEGUMENTAL DAMAGE IN ADULT SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM AFTER IN VIVO TREATMENT WITH LEVO-PRAZIQUANTEL
【摘要】 感染日本血吸虫小鼠1次灌胃给药左旋吡喹酮75mg/kg或消旋吡喹酮150mg/kg,经10min、30min和1、24、48h分别收集成虫,作透射电镜观察。左旋吡喹酮组给药10min后,外皮层基质出现水肿、空泡、分泌体减少。给药1h后,环肌断裂、溶解。给药48h纵肌肿胀;皮层细胞体出现损害,核膜消失,核仁模糊;有时可见皮层结构散失,皮层细胞体显露。结果表明,左旋吡喹酮组的病损程度较消旋吡喹酮组为甚。
【Abstract】 Male mice were infected with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. After 5 weeks, they were given levo-praziquantel 75 mg/kg or praziquantel 150mg/kg in PEG 400 P. O. Worms were recovered from mice at 1.0,30min,l ,24,48 h and prepared for TEM observations.Under TEM the tegument matrix of worms was seen to be swollen and vacuolated in 10 min after treatment. The vacuoles continued enlarging its size and the number of secretory bodies decreased in 30 min after treatment. The circular muscle fibers were disrupted,then lysed at 1 h after treatment. The tegument was disrupted and tegumental cells were exposed at 48 h after treatment. The results showed that the damages in levo梡raziquantel group were more serious than in praziquantel group.
