4个籼粳杂种的亲和性分析

【摘要】 Bellemont、CB-801、3264、浙湖114与税、粳稻杂交亲和性比较表明:Bellemont、CB-801表现出广谱、偏籼型的亲和性,其中Bellemont亲和。比优于CB-801。它们均不携带不盲胞质的恢复基因,综合考虑株型,开花散粉习性,其更适宜于转育广亲和不育系;3264,浙湖114为窄谱、偏粳型广亲和品种,它们对粳稻BT型不育胞质具有恢复能力,可以作为转有广亲和恢复系的基础材料。系谱分析表明,它们均为籼粳杂交的后代,所以,筛选籼粳杂种后代可能是获得广亲和材料的有效途径之一。

【Abstract】 Compared with intersubspecific and inrasubspecific compatibility among four tested varieties,it was shown that’ Bellemont and CB - 801 possess wide - range and Indica - cline wide Compatibility(WC), don’t carry the cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) restoring gene, and the compatibility of Belemont was superility to that of CB - 801. Combination such charaters, plant type, flowering and anther dehencing, Bellemont and CB - 801 were suitable to breeding WC sterile lines. It was also shown that 3264, Zhehu 114 are narrow - range and Japonica - cline WC varieties,they can act as basic materiles for bnding WC restoring lines because of canied JaPOnica BT - tyPeCMS restoring gene, Analyses on ancestral relationship of four tested varieties showed they all derived from the progenies of Indica-Japonica hybrids. So screening Indica -Japonica hybrids, WC lines were easey to find out.
