【Abstract】 he modified(K一B)method for antimicrobical suseeptibility testing is most widely used through-out the country.The accuracy of the testing depends closely upon the quality of the suscept ibility discs.Seven kinds of antibiotic discs made by the five manufactories were assayed for the required items.Theresults showed that only 20% of the filter paper used met the requirement,and only 38.1% met the re-quirement of the potency and its unifonnity of antibitiotic content.This is a matter of serious concern.更多还原
