【Abstract】 he u ItraStructural changes of photic injury to the retina of two patients caused by indirectophthalmoscope were studied.The duration of expOsure was 20 minutes。 Under transmission electronmicroscope,dilation of the choroidal vessels,swelling and vacule formation at all retinal layers,disparsed pyknotiC nuclei among the ou ter nuclear layer and swell ing of the nerve fIbers were fou nd。The retina of the pregnant woman was injured more severel y than the t of th e male patien t。更多还原
