【摘要】 对８０例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者及１２例非ＡＭＩ患者作９９ｍ锝－焦磷酸盐（９９ｍＴｃ－ＰＹＰ）心肌闪烁图，探讨其临床应用价值。结果显示：８０例ＡＭＩ组９９ｍＴｃ－ＰＹＰ心肌闪烁图Ｑ波ＡＭＩ敏感性（６６／６７例）为９８％，非Ｑ波ＡＭＩ组（１１／１３例）为８５％（Ｐ＜０．０１），非ＡＭＩ组阳性者（１／１２例），即特异性为９２％。环形者显示前壁巨大梗塞（３５．８±９．８ｃｍ２）预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Eighty patients with AMI and 12 non-AMI had myocardial scintigrams by 99m Tc-PYP. The results showed that the sensitivity was 98% in-QAMI and 85% in non-Q-AMI (P<0.01). The specificity was 92%. The doughnut pattern sign designated patients with very large infarcts, usually in anterior wall and the prognosis was the worst.更多还原
