【摘要】 ４例不同期拇指断离伤或脱套伤，用甲皮瓣包拇指骨、关节和肌腱复合组织，长期随访发现，不管自体骨与异体骨，均有类似关节失神经营养支配的改变。甲皮瓣附着趾骨片镶嵌在拇指骨上，对恢复指关节的神经血管营养支配有益。异体手指－３０℃冷存５年，剥皮移植在甲皮瓣内能够存活。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFour cases of severed thumb in different stages were repaired with the free neurovaseu-lar large toe-nail skin flap. blood circulation of bones, joints and tendons of thumbs freshlysevered or ischemic necrosed both autogenous and allogenous which was preserved in refrig-crator, was restored after wrapping with tne toe-nail skin flap.Long-term follow-up showedthat deterioration of joints wad evident. It ispossible due to the denerveted effect of the joints.It is necessary to recover it’s innerva-tion.In one case,the thumb was reconstruct edusing allogenic phalanx-joint-tendon compositetissue which had been preserved in refriger-ator below-30℃ for five years in order toreduce antigenicity It was turned out to bethat preservcd in refrigerator could reducethe antigenicity of allogenous thumb.更多还原
