【Abstract】 Earthquake fatalities in Yunnan have vital local characteristics. The local indexes of fatalities in earthquake prone areas have been provided in this paper. Byanalyzing fatality reduction in the Longling Earthquake and studying the higher deathsin the Toughal Earthquake, a concept of Population Outdoor Ratio (POR), meaning theproportion of outdoor population to the total at the moment of earthquakes, has beenpresented.更多还原
