【摘要】 对２０例体外循环心内直视手术病人围手术期的血小板功能、血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、抗凝血酶ＩＩＩ和ＶＩＩＩ因子相关抗原进行了连续监测、动态观察和临床分析。结果表明：体外循环下术中及术后当天机体处于低凝状态，术后第１天起机体进入高凝状态。因此不主张术后大量使用纤维蛋白原，尤其在关胸后。更多还原

【Abstract】 The platelet count and its function,and the levels of fibrinogen,antithrombin III(AT-III)and von Willebrand factor were determined and analysed in 20 patients undergoing open-heart surgery with CPB.The results showed that the patients were in hypocoagulation state during CPB and the day of operation and then entered into hypercoagulation state after the lst postoperative day. The authors suggest that the use of large dose of fibrinogen should be avoided especially after closing of the chest.更多还原
