【摘要】 采用改良Ｇｒｅｅｎ法治疗先天性高肩胛症８例。女５例，男３例。年龄２岁６个月～１０岁。Ⅲ度６例，Ⅳ度２例。术后经１～７年随访，肩部外观、肩关节功能均明显改善，效果满意。讨论了该术式的特点及术中注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight cases of Springel’s deformity were corrected by modified Green’s procedure.5 females and 3 males aged from 2 years and a half to 10 years.6 cases were defined as degree Ⅲ and 2 cases as degree Ⅳ.The contour and function of the shoulder were improved at the following up of 1 to 7 years.更多还原
