【摘要】 报道18例小儿半月板切除术的远期随访结果,随访时间为3～27年,平均14.1年,结果优良率达66.7%。X 线检查发现膝关节有明显退行性变者占61%。笔者认为,半月板全切除术对小儿半月板疾患的治疗利少弊多,术前应全面检查作出准确诊断,手术应尽可能保留半月板的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighteen chidren treated with total meniscectomy were reviewed.Their age was younger than 16 years. The average follow-up period was 14.lyears(3 to 27 years)and revealed an excellent and good result in 66.7%.Degeneration of knee joint was seen radiologically in 61% of children.It is concluded that meniscectomy is not a free procedure in children,so that an accurate preoperative diagnosis and careful indication of operation should be made,and the function of menisci should be preserved as much as possible.更多还原
