【Abstract】 A new procedure,for the treatment of congenita choledochal cyst is introduced in this paper.The tech nique includes resection of cyst and reconstruction of the bile duct by pedicled appendix interposed between the com mon hepatic duct and the duodenum.Three children were operated on with the short-term results satisfied.The dila ed intrahepatic bile ducts became normal 2 months after operation.更多还原
