【摘要】 作者以三色染色法观察了血吸虫病家兔不同时期门静脉和肠系膜上动脉壁的改变。发现随病变加剧，门静脉壁内膜及中层平滑肌肥大增生，肠系膜上动脉壁弹力纤维间出现大量平滑肌。表明门静脉系统具有收缩性，以克服肝内阻力和维持入肝血流，它不仅是容量血管，亦是阻力血管。内脏高动力循环状态要求肠系膜上动脉收缩力相应增加，故其壁平滑肌亦肥大增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstractwe observed the changes of unstriped muscle ofportal vein and superior mesenteric artery in rabbits in-fected with schistosomiasis in different stages with Masson trichrome stain. The results showed compen-satory hypertrophy and hyperplasia of unstriped muscleof internal and medial layer of portal vein and superiormesenteric artery。 It is concluded that the portal sys-tem is volume vessel as well as resistance vessel,which can counteract the intrahepatic resistance ,imain-taining the liver blood flow supply.The hyperdynamiccirculation of viscera contributes to elevation of con-strict power of the superior mesenteric artery,result-ing in compensatory hypertrophy and hyperplasia ofthe unstriped muscle更多还原
