【摘要】 作者自１９８０年１月至１９９１年１月，共行结肠代食管手术４１例，约占同期各种食管重建手术的０．７％，病种为食管的伤后瘢痕狭窄２２例、下咽癌１０例、食管癌７例和贲门癌１例。均为非开胸手术，经胸骨后结肠转流术２３例，食管内翻拔脱经食管床途径１８例，主要并发症为颈部吻合口瘘和切口感染，无手术后死亡。对手术适应证、结肠段的选择及手术技术等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom Jan. 1980 to Jan. 1991,Atotal 41 patients,including 22 patients with corrosive stricture afteresophageal chemical burns,10 patients with cancer ofthe laryngopharynx,7 patients with esophageal cancerand l case of cardiac carcinoma, underwent of colonicinterposition for esophageal substitution. This ac-counted 0.7%of all of the esophageal reconstructionduring the same period.There were 23 cases of ret-rosternal colonic bypass and 18 cases of trans-hiatal in-version-stripping esophagectomy without thoractomy.The main postoperative complications were anastomot-ic leakage at the cervical region and incision infection,but no mortalitv.
