【摘要】 作者对１６２例缩窄性心包炎患者行心包部分切除术后获得良好的治疗效果。年龄最小６岁，最大６６岁。手术死亡率为３．１％，死亡主要原因为术后低心排。作者主张心包切除先左后在，良好的围手术期处理及合理配合用药对预防术后低心排发生有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe authors reports the experience of surgicaltreatment of constrictive pericarditis in 162 cases. Ageranged from 6 to 66 years old.The cardiac fuction andcirculatory dynamics were improved after decorticationof the thickened pericardium in most of the patients.Overall surgical mortality was 3.1%。The major causeof death was low cardiac output syndrome in the earlypostoperative period.Theauthers consder that the ex-cision of the thickened pericardium is better to beginfrom the left to right and the good perioperative man-agement particularly the rational agents is essential inthe prevention of low cardiac output syndrome更多还原
