【摘要】 １９８８年１月至１９９３年２月作者为１１６例肝硬变门静脉高压症患者施行了断流术，其中Ｈａｓ－ｓａｂ手术３７例，扩大Ｈａｓｓａｂ手术３６例，联合断流术３３例，经胸断流术１０例。全组手术死亡率为６．９％，近期出血率为８．６％，随访期出血率为１８．５％；１年及３年生存率分别为９４．２％和８１．８％。不同术式的临床资料分析表明扩大Ｈａｓｓａｂ手术和经胸断流术疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractSince Januarv 1988 to February 1993,116 cases ofcirrhotic portal hypertension were treated with por-tazygos disconnection. 37 cases were treated with Has-sab’s procedure, 36 cases were treated with amplifica-tion Hassab’s procedure, 33 cases were treated withpericardial devascularization with circular interruptionof blood flow of fundus,10 cases were treated withtransthoracic portazygos disconnection. The operativemortallity was 6.9%. The hemorrhage rate was 8.6%in one month after the operation. All of 108 patientsdischarged from the hospital were followed up for 14months to 75 months. The recurrent hemorrhage ratewas 18.5%in the period.The one-year and three-yearsurvival rate after the operation were 94.2%and81.8%, respectively. The rexuIts we have got indicatethat amplification Hassab’s procedure and transthoracicportazygos disconnection have good effect.更多还原
