【摘要】 我院１０年来共收治肾积水１００例。在经手术明确梗阻原因的８８例中，肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻４６例，各种畸形１５例，腹膜后纤维化１５例，输尿管息肉、瓣膜等１２例。根据病因及患者肾功能情况，本组实行肾盂成形术３１例（３１％），成功能率为９１．３％；肾切除３７例，肾造瘘１２例，其它手术２０例。我们认为早期诊断、早期治疗是保存肾功能的关键。γ照相和肾穿刺造瘘观察尿液变化有助于肾功能的判断。肾盂成形时使用Ｄｕａｌ－Ｆｌｅｘ内引流比外引流效果好，优点多。同时对肾盂成形的手术适应证、手术要点也进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractOne hundred patients with hydronephrosis weretreated for 10 years.In 88 patients operations con-firmed the causes of obstruction including pyelo-ureter-al junction obstruction(pujo,46 cases),anomalous(15),retroperitoneal fibrosis (15),ureteral polypsand valves and others(12).In accordance with etiolo-gy and renal function pyeloplasty was carried out in 31cases,nephrectomy 37 and nephrostomy 12;other op-eration wasdone in 20 cases。The successful rate ofpyeloplasty was 91.3%。 Early diagnosis and treatmentof hydronephrosis is key for reserving renal function.Renal r-scan,percutaneous nephrostomy are ussful injudging renal function. Dual-Flex stent internaldrainage is better than external drainage when pyelo-plasty is done.更多还原
