【摘要】 １９７２～１９９２年应用显微外科技术游离移植跖趾、趾间关节治疗手部骨关节缺损２４例，其中单纯掌骨缺损１３个，掌指关节缺损１２个，近节指间关节缺损６个。成活２３例，失败１例。随访２～２０年，功能优良者７７．４％。我们对手术方法进行了二点改进（１）设计单蒂二套动脉供血系统的单趾双关节移植的新方法。（２）改变跖骨固定部位加大关节活动度。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom 197 2 to 1990 seven kinds of microsurgicaloperations viere used for treatment of bone and jointdefects of hand.Among these cases 23 survived and 1failed. The patients were followed up for 2～20 years.The functional resuIts were good in 77.4%。The im-proved surgical procedures:(1)Use dorsalis pedisartery as the single pedicle to provide double vascularsupply for double joint graft from one toe.(2)Changethe fixing position of metatarsal to increase the degreeof motion of the joint.The operative indications andthe factors relatedto the survival and function are dis-cussed.更多还原
