【摘要】 本文通过用５％的乙醇治疗基底动脉痉挛的动物实验方法，证实了短期内乙醇有明显减少血管痉挛和引起其扩张的作用。其机制认为是乙醇使脑血管上所存在的去甲肾上腺素能消耗，从而减少血管的痉挛。乙醇的这种减少血管痉挛和扩张血管的作用能否改变ＳＡＨ的临床症状，有待进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract This paper reports an animal experimen-tal study which 5%alcohol is used to treatthe spasm of basilar artery.The findings showalcohol can loosen the spasm remarkably andcan cause the artery to enlarge.The paperpoints out that alcohol can deplete nora- drenaline which exists in vascular wall and loosens CVS.It is necessary to make more re-search in order to identify whether the effectof alcohol on loosening CVS reduces thesymptoms of SAH.更多还原
