前列腺素E₂治疗胃溃疡的研究

【摘要】我们以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,采用胃浆膜下注入醋酸法建立胃溃疡模型。将实验动物分为前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）组、胃必治组和自然对照组。三组术后观察2周,结果发现PGE₂组溃疡总治愈率为66.7％;胃必治组为18.2％;自然对照组则为7.1％。结果表明PGE₂组较其它两组能显著提高胃溃疡的治愈率（P<0.01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Models of gastric ulcer were performed in 54 Wistar rats by subserosa irjection of acetic acid.The animal models were divided into three groups and, treated with PGE2, Bisuc and placebo respectively.The healing rate was significantly higher in PGE2 group (P<0.05). The mechanism of the affect of PGE2 in the treatment of gastric ulcer were discussed.更多还原
