【摘要】 ２３例松果体区肿瘤进行显微手术治疗。其中１０例选用经幕下小脑上入路，７例经枕小脑幕上入路，６例经顶枕胼胝体切开入路。无手术死亡。术后复查头部ＣＴ证实肿瘤全切除１２例，部分切除１０例，肿瘤活检１例。指出术前应参照头部ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ，针对肿瘤与邻近解剖结构关系不同，选择适当的手术入路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract cases with pineal region tumors were operated with microsurgery. Infratentorial supracerebellar approach was adopted in 10 cases; the occipital transtentorial approach in 7 cases; Parieto-occipital transcallosal approach in 6 cases respectively. These tumors were resected totally in 52% cases and no mortality occur in the study. The authors pointed out that the characteristic shap of tumor demonstrated by neuroradiological images would be determine the selection of operative approach .更多还原
