血供在滑膜腱愈合过程中作用的实验研究
Experlmental study on influence of blood supply on healing process of synovial sheath tendon
【摘要】 用3~3.5月龄,体重1.0~1.5kg的雄性来亨鸡66只,制作带血供和游离滑膜腱移植的动物模型。通过对移植腱愈合过程大体、光镜和电镜组织学观察及对腱吻合部位抗张力强度的对比测定,结果表明:滑膜腱在滑液环境中可以成活并保持一定的细胞增殖能力。但是单纯依靠滑液营养不足以完成其全部内在愈合过程,还需要外在愈合机制(粘连)的参与。应用带血供滑膜腱移植可以改善移植腱的营养状态.促进其内在愈合过程的进行,使其愈合快、抗张性能好、粘连轻而局限、有利于早期活动和滑动功能的恢复。
【Abstract】 Abstract A series of male leghorn chickins with ages of 3 3.5months and body weight of 1.0 1.5 kg were divided into two groups,group I underwent free synovial sheath flexor tendon grafting and group II underwent flexor tendon grafting with vasctiltir pedlcle.The tendons over anastomosis site were observed with light microscope measured.The experimental data showed that the tenson could be nourished by the synovial fluid and the tendon cells preserved ability of proliferation.Though the nourishment from synovial fluid could not meet the need for a complete process of intrinsic tendon healing,the extrinsic healing process was required.Synovial sheath tendon graft With blood supply completed the nourishment and enhanced the intrinsic healing process with good tensile strength,less and limited adhesion,which was beneficial for early rehabilitation and sliding function
