【摘要】 通过对趾及第２趾相对趾动脉关系的研究，我们设计了带血管神经的第２跖趾骨关节和肌腱与甲瓣再造拇指的术式，临床应用于８例Ⅳ度以上的拇指缺损，再造拇指全部成活。术后随访２～５年，再造拇指的掌指关节恢复了功能，未见骨质吸收及关节变性，趾供区创面一期愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Based on the study on the corresponding digital arteries of the first and second toes,we designed a method of thumb reconstruction using the skin-nail flap of the big toe and neurovascularized phanlanx-joint-tendon complex of the second toe.Satisfactory result was revealed in the clinical application.8 cases of above four degree thumb defects were treated.The follow-up showed that the reconstructed thumb could extend and flex well with no bone absorption and joint space narrowing更多还原
