生物膜防止手屈肌腱粘连的临床应用
Clinical application of bioiogical membrane to prevent adhesions in the flexor tendon repair
【摘要】 在动物实验的基础上,将生物膜应用于临床,修复与重建于部屈肌腱II区损伤及缺损的腱鞘共80例(110指)。生物膜重建腱鞘后,可被吸收,形成的假鞘为肌腱提供光滑的组织床,以减轻肌腱粘连。术后经1~4年随访,按TAM系统评价功能优29指,良54指,可15指,差3指,优良率82%。我们就生物膜的选择依据,手术方法及注意事项进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Abstract On the basis of animal experiment, flexor tendon injuriesin bine 2 of the hand in 80 patients (110 fingers) were treatedwith the biological membrane to reconstruct the flexor sheath.After the membrane was absorbed, the pseudosynovial sheathsupplied good tissue bed for tendon gliding to prevent adhesionin the flexor tendon repair. The time of follow-up was 1 to 4years. According to the total active motion (TAM) systemrecommended by the American sociaty for Surgery of theHand, the final results were excellent in 29 fingers ;good in 54fingers ;fair in 15 fingers ;poor in 3 fingers. The rate of exceLlent and good was 82% The indications and operative metalswere discussed.
