家兔高压电烧伤后凝血机理改变的研究

【摘要】 采用高压电放电装置进行家兔凝血机理方面的实验研究。根据电烧伤后家兔抗凝和纤溶指标的结果分析表明:AT-Ⅲ和 PC 在伤后6h 或12h 出现有意义的升高或下降,PAI:A 和 t-PA:A 也同样在伤后6h 出现有意义的改变,而 FDP 在伤后6h 持续升高至伤后5天。提示早期电烧伤后微血栓的形成倾向于伤后6h 至12h,致伤5天后有可能再次出现栓塞现象,应引起重视。

【Abstract】 The changes in local lesion after high-voltage elec tric burns ares depen- dent on many factors.One of the important factors is the change in coagulation.In this paper,a high-voltage electrical burn model was reproduced in rabbits for the purpose of investigating the coagulation mechanism.It was found that AT-Ⅲ and PC showed ele- vation and declination,respectively,at 6h and 12h postated PAI.A and t-PA:A also showed obvious changes,while FDP showd Continuous elevation at shup to 5d post- bum.The findings probable provided the explanation of the occurrence of thrombosis at 6h to 12h postbrurn,and the second episode of thrombosis on the 5th day.
