【摘要】 自１９８１年５月至１９９１年１２月我院施行贲门周围血管离断与胃底血流阻断术１７２例，已有１６０例术后２年以上，１００例术后６年以上。２年以上病例得到随访者１３９例，死亡１９例，绝对生存率为７５％。６年以上病例死亡９例，绝对生存率为７５％。再出血１６例，再出血率为１０％。有１０例病人用Ｂ超脉冲多普勒测定了门静脉血流量，较术前比较门静脉血流量减少约１／４，但可维持一般水平，不致于发生肝衰竭和肝性脑病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract During the period between May 1981 and Oct.1991,172 cases of portal hypertension underwent paricardial devascularization plus blocking the paradoxical venous blood flow of the gastric fundus.Among them 160 cases were done for more than 2 years,and follow up of the 139 cases found 120 still alive with an absolute 2 year’s survival rate of 75%.Ninety one of the 100 cases have survived for more than 6 years with an absolute 6 year’s survival rate of 75%. During the same period 16 cases rebled with a rebleeding rate of 10%.Postoperative portal blood flow measured by B-mode ultrasonography in 10 cases decreased by an average of 25% which judged by the very low occurrence of postoperative encephalopathy was just enough to support normal liver function.更多还原
