【Abstract】 The components in YOUFUDING tablets were determined by UV absorbancy ratio technique,at isoabsorptive point of the two compounds(271.5nm) and the maximum absorption wave length of uracil(259nm).This method was simple,rapid and precise.The average recovery of tegafur and uracil was 100.7±0.7% and 100.2±0.46% (n=5),respectively.更多还原
