维生素C二步发酵混菌培养过程中需氧量的考察

【摘要】 通过改变摇瓶中液体容积和用机械搅拌、空气流量来调节供氧量,探讨了VC二步发酵中最适的供氧量,并用亚硫酸钠氧化法测定所用设备的供氧能力。考察表明,二步发酵为达最高产率的需氧要求不高仅为一步发酵的50%,供氧过高或过低都使生产率下降。

【Abstract】 The optimal oxygen supply during fermentation for two-step technology of vitamin C was investigated.The oxygen-supplying ability of the apparatus was measured with sulfite test.The result showed that too strong agitation and aeration was not necessary during 2nd step fermentation,its oxygen demand was only 50% of that during 1st step fermentation.Both too high or too low supply of oxygen would reduce the rate of biotransformation.
