血管紧张素Ⅱ对抗吗啡呼吸抑制效应的实验研究

【摘要】 实验研究了中枢神经系统内的内源性抗阿片物质-血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)对吗啡所致吸吸抑制效应的影响。结果显示:侧脑室注射AⅡ具有明显呼吸兴奋效应,并可翻转吗啡的呼吸抑制作用;相反,卡托普利可降低脑内AⅡ含量后,抑制呼吸运动;酚妥拉明可部分阻断AⅡ的呼吸兴奋效应,而普萘洛尔对AⅡ的作用无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The inhibitory effect of morphine on the respiration is one of the most serious side effects in clinical practice. In the present study, we investigated the effects of angiotensin , one of the endogenous anti-opiate substances, on the respiratory inhibition induced by morphine by recording peripheral diaphragmmuscle activity in rats. The results showed that intracerebrovehtricular administration of angiotensin significantly increased respiratory frequency and antagonized morphine inhibition on the rat respiration. In contrast the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, captopril, obviously inhibited the rat respiration activity by decreasing the central angiotensin contents; phentolamine, an receptor antagonist could in part blocked the respiratory excitation of angiotensin . These results suggest that angiotensin may be a functional antagonist of morphine in CNS.
