一种防御低氧兔脑损害高效剂的基础研究

【摘要】 在兔脑低氧模型上,以大脑皮层体感诱发电位SEP为指标,按L9(3)4正交设计.随机对照研究VISA高效剂抗低氧/复氧脑损害的作用。结果表明,VISA高效剂不仅能增进常氧时大脑皮质电兴奋,而且低氧早期静注VISA高效剂,低氧/复氧损害后,SEP提前恢复,P2潜伏期,N1P2峰峰值显著大于对照值(P<0. 01)。结论:VISA高效剂具有防御低氧/复氧脑损害的作用,可供临床脑复苏借鉴。

【Abstract】 According to the orthogonal design of L9 (3)4, the effects of VISA agent on defending hypoxic cerebral damage were randomly assessed by the parameters of cerebral conical somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) in the intact hypoxic rabbit model in comparison with the control. The results suggested that administration of VISA agent in normoxia and early hyporia not only improves cerebral cortical electric excitation but also promotes significantly the earlier recovery of standard SEP waves, the marked increase in latency of P2 waves and N1P2 wave amplitude as compared with the control (P < 0. 01 ). It is concluded that the therapeutic potential of VISA agent presented is probably useful in clinical cerebral resuscitation.
