【摘要】 报告３７例保留尿道前列腺切除术即Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ手术治疗前列腺增生的结果。经耻骨后切开前列腺被膜，纵行切开前列腺，暴露尿道，将左、右叶分别切除，并保留完整尿道。术后尿液清晰，一般不需冲洗膀胱，１～４天后拔去Ｆｏｌｅｙ管即能恢复正常排尿功能，并发症极少。对手术之优点及适应证的选择进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The result of 37 cases of Madigan’s urethra retaining prostatectomy for benign hyperplasia of the prostate were reported.A retropubic longitudinal section of the prostate was made and the urethra was exposed. The left and right lobes of the prostate were sectioned one by one with the urethra retained completely.Urine was usually clear right after operation,and vesicoclysis was not necessary.As the Foley’s catheter was pulled out 1～ 4 days after operation,mormal urinattion was achieved.
