【摘要】 选取七种生物素化凝集素采用ＡＢＣ法对１３例正常膀胱粘膜和１０２例膀胱移行细胞癌进行了免疫组化研究，并分析其组织学分级及预后的关系。结果：肿瘤的病理级别与ＣｏｎＡ或ＷＧＡ的表达率呈正相关，与ＳＪＡ的表达率呈负相关；膀胱癌预后不佳组ＣｏｎＡ及ＷＧＡ的强阳性率在８０％以上，而ＳＪＡ受体对９５％病例缺失；５年死亡组的ＣｏｎＡ和ＷＧＡ几乎全部强阳性表达，而ＳＪＡ则９０％以上呈阴性反应。提示ＣｏｎＡ、ＷＧＡ和ＳＪＡ是与膀胱癌分级及预后密切相关的有价值的标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven kinds of lectin were used to study 102 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 13 cases of normal bladder mucosa by lectin binding histochemical method (ABC).The result revealed that there was a close correlation between the grading of bladder cancer and the expressive levels of ConA,WGA and SJA receptors;ConA and WGA showed higer positive rates (over 80%),while SJA showed a negative rate of 95 %in cases of bladder cancer with bad prognosis. Almost all the ConA and WGA positive cases(100% and 96 %)and 95% of SJA negative cases died within 5 years. The result suggests that ConA,WGA and SJA might be useful markers in evaluating the prognosis of bladder cancer.更多还原
