【摘要】 １９８８年８月～１９９２年８月行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术２２０例，其中２０例（９．１％）术后早期出现尿失禁症状，１４例随访半年后症状消失，６例（２．７％）仍有持续性尿失禁。前列腺术后尿失禁的发生与术前合并尿路感染、膀胱结石、合并有神经系统疾病以及前列腺过大或过小有关。通过２０例患者的尿流动力学检查，认为尿流动力学对前列腺术后尿失禁的诊断、分型、预测预后和治疗方案的制定有很大帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy was performed from Aug. 1988 to Aug. 1992 for 220 eases of BHP and early postoperative urinary incontinence occurred in 20 (9.1 %) . 14 patients have been free from incontinence with in 6 months of postoperative follow up while incontinence has still persisted in the other 6. The complication was somewhat related to the presence of preoperative urinary infection , vesical calculi, in those with neurological diseases and the size of the prostate was too large or too small. Urodynamic studies have been done in all the 20 patients and was found to be of great help to the diagnosis, classification,prognosis and management of the complicated incontinence.更多还原
