【摘要】 ４例膀胱腺癌以及２例广泛、多发的移行上皮癌患者采用术中放射治疗，近期效果较好，保留了膀胱功能，其中一例Ｔ４期腺癌患者无法切除，暴露病灶后术中放疗，术后外放疗，一年后死于肝转移，但膀胱病灶消退，无复发。对术中放疗的方法、优缺点，膀胱肿瘤行术中放疗的适应证进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A single large dose irradiation by a linear accelerator to the operative field after surgical excision or exposure of the bladder tumor has been instituted in 4 cases of adenocarcinoma and 2 cases of extensive transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. The short term result has been promising with the bladder function preserved. One patient with poorly differentiated T4 adenocarcinoma died of liver metastasis one year afterward yet with no local recurrence in the bladder, the indication and technique of the intraoperative radiation therapy with its merits and demerits were discussed.更多还原
