【Abstract】 Surgical treatment has been carried out for 71 cases of renal cell carcinoma. The 1, 3 , 5 and 10 year survival rate was 100. 0% , 90. 9%, 87. 5% and 66. 6% for stage Ⅰ;100. 0% , 82. 6% , 54. 5% and 33. 3% for stage Ⅱ; 63.6% , 38. 5% , 15. 0% and 0% for stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ . The surgical approach and technique of radical nephrectomy were presented and the more conservative surgery for renal cell carcinoma was evaluated.更多还原
