【Abstract】 BEAMs and EEGs of 23 cases of refractory epilepsy before operations were reported. The authors also studied the results of EEG in the depth of brain in operations and analyzed the BEAMs EEGs after operations over a period of 5 years follow-up survey. In BEAMs, improvement has been shown in 15 cases;no obvious changes in 8 cases, the improvement rate was 65. 2%. In EEGs, the epileptic waves disappeared in 4 cases, reduced obviously in 12 cases, no changes occured in 7 cases, the improvement rate was 69. 5%.In post-operation evaluation, epileptic attacks reduced remarkably in 3 cases, to some extent in 17 cases and remained unchanged in 3 cases, the clinical effective rate was 86. 9%.更多还原
