【摘要】 对５５例男性通气功能正常者和异常者的长期（６～２７年）追随资料分析表明：在功能正常的青中年、中老年和老年组中，ＶＣ、ＦＶＣ、ＦＥＶ１、ＭＭＦ及ＭＶＶ５项指标的下降随增龄逐渐加大，年降值依次为ＭＶＶ＞ＭＭＦ＞ＦＥＶ１＞ＦＶＣ＞ＶＣ。阻塞性通气障碍者的各项指标随增龄下降大于年龄较相近的通气正常老年人和限制性通气障碍者，后二者下降较接近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract An analysis of the long-term follow-up spirometry of 55 cases with normal and abnormal lung function revealed:VC,FVC,FEV1,MMF and MVV of young-middle age,middle-old age and old age groups in cases with normal lung function declined gradually with increase of age and more in old age.The annual declining value of MVV was the largest with MVV>MMF>FEV1>FVC>VC in successive order.In cases with obstructive type of ventilation the annual declines of the five spirometric values were larger than those of restrictive type and normal old age groups.The declines of the latter two groups were of less differences.更多还原
