【摘要】 采用２４ｍＷ氦－氖激光照射病毒性肺炎患者胸腺区，照射前后用间接免疫荧光技术观测其辅助Ｔ细胞（ＯＫＴ４＋，ＴＨ）及抑制Ｔ细胞（ＯＫＴ８＋，ＴＳ）的变化。结果表明，患儿激光治疗后ＴＨ增加８．５７％，抑制Ｔ细胞减少４．７８％，治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有非常显著性。由此证明氦－氖激光具有调节Ｔ细胞亚群的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thymus region of patients with virus Pneumonia was irradiated by He-Ne laser with 24mW to observe the alteration of accessory T cell and suppression T cell before and after the laser irradiation,which was tested by indirect immunofluorescence.The result demonstrated that the accessory T cell increased and suppression T cell decreased after laser irradiation.Compared with the pre-irratiation,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The conclusion suggests that the He-Ne laser can regulate the immunologic function.更多还原
