水飞蓟宾对糖尿病患者神经传导速度的影响
^Influence of Aldose Reductase Inhibitor (Shuifeijibin)on Nerve Conduction Velocity(NCV) of Patients with Diabetic Neuropathy
【摘要】 采用醛糖还原酶抑制剂──水飞蓟宾治疗糖尿病神经病变患者,应用肌电-诱发电位仪测定治疗前后神经传导速度,结果表明水飞蓟宾治疗后神经传导速度有一定恢复.神经症状明显改善。探讨醛糖还原酶抑制剂治疗糖尿病神经病变的治疗效果。
【Abstract】 patients with diabetic neuropathy were treated with Shuifcijibin,which was composed of several traditional Chinese medicines and belonged under the aidose reductase inhibitor.During this treatment,nerve conduction velocity(NCV)as a objective index was measured before and after treatment. The result found that the NCV had recovery in some extent and the neurological symptoms received obvious improvement after treatment.The mechanism of Shuifeijibin on diabetic neuropathy was also discussed in this article.
