【摘要】 本文报告经手术和病理证实的胆囊单发小隆起病变45例,单发病变中有癌前病变之称的腺瘤发生率显著增高(P<O.01).经术前B超分型和术后病理检查比较,能使90%的非肿瘤病变除外腺瘤和胆囊癌,并不使癌危病变漏诊.可避免一些盲目的预防性胆囊切除.更多还原
